Insane amount often after my 8k yesterday. I'm off for a few days, hoping it is not a problem. This morning, in Oviedo, I woke to stiffness in my knee, with pain. Feels like a vise around it. Going for some painkillers cause we will be walking around today, again.
Really not happy with this, hoping for a strong hard August of running.
