During the official closure of public places in Madrid, LAJ crew runs will be modified and take place virtually. We will do virtual runs through Strava. This is not only to protect our own individual health, but also the general health of the people in the communities we come into contact with, both small and large. On the days of our crew runs please label your individual run on Strava. Your run can follow any route but should be at least the distance of the virtual crew run. If your run is longer that’s great! But you will only get credit for the usual distance. Also, please send a photo of yourself on or after your run to Robert. We'll compile a summary and post it on our social media platforms. The distance of the day's run will be added to your 300km free food challenge, and you'll get your stamp for the run. If you do continue to run with others, we suggest you consider meeting in an outdoor area rather than an enclosed space. It has been recommended that you keep 2 meters' distance (about 6 feet) from others while running. These virtual crew runs will continue until schools and public places reopen according to the Madrid community. Stay safe and healthy, and happy running!
