Like the standard warning on mutual funds to investors looking at mutual funds: "Past performance is not necessarily of future performance," you need to remember that your past running history may not be a good indication of your future performance. Running is a day to day adventure. Every day will test you in same unique way. You need to keep your perspective on what you are doing now. Never be thinking of past, even if it's a day ago.
