Leave the house cold

Followup to my Clothing Entry....

You need to remember that your body temperature increases when you run and adds about 15 to 20 degrees to the outside temperature.

You need to start your run COLD. And warm up and into your runs.

Being comfortable is essential, especially when your outside running for more than 30 minutes, let alone 3 hours.

Layer layer layer in the winter. And go soft colored, loose in the summer.

But always go cold when you leave the house.
