Rest On

The Honolulu Marathon

While running on Hawaii’s pristine beaches certainly qualifies as a perk, the true draw to the 39-year-old Honolulu Marathon is the post-party. Every year thousands of exhausted competitors crowd into Kapiolani Park—adjacent to Waikiki Beach—to relax their tender hamstrings and recharge with Mai Tais and live music. After consuming plenty of H20, of course. honolulumarathon.org
