Best Morning Run Advice Ever!

Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep and you will notice that getting out of bed will not seem like such a herculean task. Staying up late to watch your favorite show or movie will leave you feeling grumpy, drowsy and tired in the morning, and will take away from the experience of what could otherwise have a been a good morning running session. And with a DVR you can watch that show while you cool down and ice down.
