Bob McCulloch’s pathetic prosecution of Darren Wilson





Ferguson reminds us that we still have a race problem in America. But the face of this problem is not Darren Wilson’s. It’s Bob McCulloch’s. Wilson, the Missouri police officer who shot and killed an unarmed black teenager, is the target of most public ire.

When Josh Gravens was 12 years old, he made a terrible mistake. He and his sister, who was 8, had sexual contact, twice. “Like, where my body part touched her body part,” he says. “It was never penetrative. Obviously, it couldn’t have been what they call consensual, but it was playing.”
