Sometimes you have to make the hard choices ... Bowing out of Madrid Half 🇪🇸 in April to concentrate on Grandma's Marathon 🇺🇸 in June. Now, have to endure London Landmarks Half 🇬🇧 with a sore hamstring and 6 weeks of poor training. But if distance running were easy, we wouldn't do it, would we?
