MADRID — In the 1970s, Ella Fontanals-Cisneros opened an art gallery in Caracas and started buying works from Venezuelan painters. Now, Ms. Fontanals-Cisneros has agreed to donate part of what has grown into one of the largest private collections of Latin American art.
