So I got through my long run today. I ended up with nearly 34k. I am so stroked. I had some painful moments, but overall, as I am awake and in a cafe, I did a strong run.
I will be writing more about it tonight for tomorrow.
Again, I am so happy with today's performance. I did a 5.30 pace 34k run and lived to tell about it.
